This is a pivotal role to drive systemic change in education by shaping strategic narratives, building strong coalitions, and amplifying community voices at national, regional, and global levels. The Advisor will provide policy leadership, promote thought innovation, and ensure alignment between country-level advocacy and Oxfam’s global campaigns on transformative education.Key themes include gender-transformative education, education in crisis contexts, climate education, financing, and system strengthening.What we're looking forWe are looking for a passionate and strategic professional who combines strong academic grounding in Social Sciences, Education, or a related discipline with meaningful, hands-on experience gained through impactful work. You will bring a demonstrated ability to design and deliver influential policy advocacy and campaigns across multiple countries or regions, with the versatility to engage effec
